Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SpellerLessons ("we", "us", "our"), an online tool operated by Gatlin Farrington that helps practitioners and families create spelling-based communication lessons. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

AI-generated content

Lessons, reading passages, and questions are generated with the help of artificial intelligence. AI can sometimes produce unexpected, inaccurate, or otherwise unsuitable results. Generated content may contain factual errors or wording that is not appropriate for a particular learner.

You are responsible for reviewing every lesson before using it with a learner. Always check generated content for accuracy, reading level, and suitability, and edit it as needed. SpellerLessons does not guarantee that generated content is correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Using the service

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the topics and learner information you submit and for how you use the lessons you create.
  • You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to create harmful, unlawful, or abusive content.

Not professional advice

SpellerLessons is an instructional tool. It does not provide medical, clinical, educational, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified practitioner, educator, or caregiver.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Fees, usage limits, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpellerLessons and Gatlin Farrington are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any generated content.
